Lisa is a Chartered Accountant with over 24 years experience in Forensic Accounting.  She has spent many years working with Not-for-Profits to reduce the risk of fraud and if fraud does occur, to investigate what has happened and work with the organisation to tighten controls and processes.

Lisa understands Not-for-Profits, not only through her consulting but also her experience on Boards and Finance and Risk Committees.  Lisa presents widely on issues facing Not-for-Profits and is available for speaking engagements and training.

Lisa operates her own consulting practice, Lisa Bundesen Consulting.  Prior to this, Lisa was a Partner of Forensic Accounting at PPB Advisory and was National Lead Partner of Forensic Services for BDO.  It was at BDO that Lisa developed the BDO NFP Fraud Survey which she authored in 2006 and 2008.  In 2010 she authored the PPB NFP Risk Survey.

The RSPCA is a community based charity that works to prevent cruelty to animals by actively promoting their care and protection.  RSPCA Australia is a Federation of independent State and Territory RSPCA bodies who do much of the hands on work traditionally associated with the RSPCA such as operate animal care facilities and the Inspectorates as well as education and fundraising.  RSPCA Australia is home to a strong science and campaigns team and is responsible for facilitating national campaigns and events and representing the interests of animal welfare with Government and industry across all areas.
